About Me

My name is Lauren, and my life can be summed up into one word…. crazy. Crazy busy. And while sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming, I’m not sure I want it any other way. In addition to working full-time in corporate training, I’m a wife, a mom of two kids, and a serve at a local church by leading a women’s ministry.

My most recent stage of life has me obsessing over getting out of debt (thanks Dave Ramsey) and decluttering all the things – because stuff is overwhelming! I like to think and write, although I don’t often take the time to do these things.

About the Blog

My blog has existed for a long time as I way for me to write some lengthier posts about things I am thinking about. I’ve written inconsistently for years, but my goal is to always make it a regular pattern in my life. I’m always reading and studying and preparing thanks to the work I do in ministry, and writing here is my opportunity to respond to those things as I consume them. And, of course, share some of the crazy things life brings our way.
